Cd/radio Problem

In our GS 300 the radio and CD is giving us trouble. The near side front and offside rear passenger door speakers do not work. We are having to balance the faders and the balance controls with just the drivers door and the rear n/s door speakers...not very good for the people sitting on top of the speakers. Only driver has reasonable sound. :crybaby:
