I'm planning to purchase a Quanan 2040 system for my IS200, but per recommended by a website that I might need a relay to protect the bulb failure monitoring system.

Search for "relay", so do I need one?

Can anyone recommend other reputable stores I can get a set of this parking system?

What is a good place to mount the display? I have seen pics of it in the ashtray and places along the centre console, but read somewhere a recommended place is on the b pillar above the passenger belt. Does anyone have pics of how that looks like?

you should not need it, the system draws hardly any load
