Lexus Croydon (jemca)

hello guys..

i had the roof panel repaired by croydon jemca.. picked the car up today they done a great job on the roof panel. on the way back home went to the petrol station notice a 2cm deep Scratch on the back side panal near the back window that was not there before!! i could see that they tryed to cover it with some touch up paint i think.. am going to make a phone call 2morrow to let they know about it! do you guys think do would offer to repair it?

was that at the showroom or workshop/parts dept ?

i have allways found the showroom very good on service but the workshop/parts dept is as you say diabolical

I was in there yesterday too. They were quite efficient I thought, though every other dealership gives you biscuits with the coffee. And I was hungry... :(

i went back to croydon jemca yesterday, they going to repair the Scratch on the back panel i had no hassel at all they just looked at the Scratch and booked me in for the 11th april to get it repaired.. overall good service!

They gave my car back with a scraped front bumper and scratch on the wing....only too happy to repair it cause they knew they had done it :tsktsk: .......i noticed it as i pulled into the car park...so got straight back into the loan car!!

what loan car did they give you? im gussing it wouldnt be a lexus
