Time for some new rubber and I've used the T1-S to date. Just wondering if anyones switched over to the new T1-R tyres.

Other than better water displacement and slightly different tread pattern (not as good as the original V tread pattern) are there any other advantages to the tyre?

Cheers... :)

I'm using the T1-R's and they're very good value as an intermediate performance tyre. I've never tried the T1-S as Toyo stated the T1-R was developed as a direct result of the poor performance of the T1-S in the wet.

If you check the Toyo web site the new performance tyre is the Proxes 4, which I'll give a go when I need to change from the T1-R's, :)
