Well. its starting to happen recently, any ideas?

but it does it sometimes when i am on the motorway and sometimes it brakes real smoothly

Could be warped discs. Have 'em checked

Maybe geometry could be out too - odds are high it'll be one or the other :)

Mine was vibratin real bad when braking recently, so I went the full hog and got DBA discs and ferodo sport pads all round, £700 was the total bill but man can you feel every penny. No more vibrating and it stops on its nose :D

not sure if its wrapped disc or not as its doing it from time to time and if its wrapped, it should DO it all the time right?

might as well as take it to the dealer next week to ahve them checked before anything goes worse

I had new discs and pads fitted a while ago (prolex grooved and mintex) no vibrations, winter come so the winter wheels and tyres went on the car, no vibrations.

put the summer wheels and tyres back on and vibrations, i have no bubbles on the tyres so im guessing they need balencing/tracking or something as i get vibrations on a few different roads when braking.

Is there a centre near Leicester or Peterborough as I could do with having mine checked as i'm getting small vibrations aswell.

Not a wim centre (yet)... I suggest you find an MOT centre... bung the tester a £5 and ask him to test the brakes in the resistant rolling road.
