So let me see your getting 3 bucks but i think you americans do it by the gallon dont you.

$3 at todays exchange is £1.5

Therefore 150 pence per gallon

1 Us gallon = 3.8 UK litres

Therefore 150 pence/3.8 = about 40 pence per litre

You only pay 40 pence per litre and are worried about the price we pay £1 a litre so thats

Therfore in UK 1 litre = $2

3.8 litre is 1 gallon

Therefore 3.8 x 2 = $7.6 per gallon in the UK

So in summary LMAO

You pay $3 per gallon or 80 cents per litre for Brits thats £1.5 per gallon or 40pence per litre

We pay $7.6 per gallon or $2 per litre for us Brits thats £3.8 per gallon or £1 per litre

You pay 2 and a half times less that us

I seriously dont think that you have got anything to complain about.

Lets not even start on the price of ciggarettes.

P.S if i got calculations wrong i apologise but they are pretty much correct from what i can see.

And to add insult to injury you only pay $2.5 per gallon in some places in most places its at about 2.8 if we paid these prices we would love it
