I have heard there are some but are very rare... But also have seen on the internet where you can convert them to manual, by using the brake pedal like a clutch instead of handbrake.

There were no factory manual GS300s (or JDM Toyota Aristos).

It would be possible to do a manual conversion using either the V160 6-speed Getrag gearbox from a MkIV Supra, or the R154 5-speed from a Mk3 Supra / Soarer / Chaser, or the W58 5-speed from a non-turbo Supra.

The only examples I've come across have been Aristo TTs with the 6-speed.
