I have a IS200 SE Auto which is on a 52 plate and it's in for a service + MOT I have been quoted £319 for the serrvice, but the water pump needs replacing :sick: £390 is this a good price? seems very steep to me, has anyone had a better quote? for similar work? :huh:

Alright mate,

To do the water pump the timing belt needs to be taken off, because half the pump is under the belt, they should replace the belt if they are removing it (make sure to ask), so the job is more labpur then parts. I changed my water pump when I replaced the timing belt.
