Possible Puncture

Think I may have a puncture. Went to top it up with air tonight at Tescos and couldnt get the bloody air caps off!!

Tried and tried but failed. Whats the best option if I do have a puncture. Kwik fit or just bit the bullet and go to Lexus?

Any ideas on cost would be good also!

Well its 2 mins from me. I cant get the air caps valves off and I dont trust any other bugger!!

So are you sayin that Kwik fit are maybe a good option for a new tyre?

If you go to Lexus they will probably charge you an hourly rate to take your caps off! Just go to nearest Kwik Fit or similar. If it's a puncture they will fix it.(So long as it isn't the sidewall of the tyre.

I would imagine it isn't the sidewall 'cos it would most likely be flat by now.

Before putting the caps back on just put a touch of vasaline on them first.

Should never have been on that tight in the first place.

Have you tried a pair of pliers on the dust caps? I assume they are the standard ones and not those that have a lock feature.
