I believe you can. Think Lexus do a Mini Disc changer. But from what I remember they were alot of money. Ebay has a Mini Disc Stereo for the Lexus at the minute....

Yes saw that, that’s what made me ask. My last car was a Nissan and the Panasonic disk changers were compatible with the factory head units. I am now wondering what company makes the Lexus head unit, there might be a compatible cd disk changer, and that would get over err3 problem as an alternative.

I am sure somebody has tried this already :question:
