Is 200 Battery

Hi Everybody,

I parked my IS200 on the driveway less than 1 week ago,when i went to try and start it this morning the Battery was completely flat,the remote unlocking wouldnt even operate.Nothing had been left on and i was wondering if anybody had come across a similsr problem.

I used to own BMWs and if they were parked up with the alarm on then they flattened the Battery in a little over 2 weeks.Does the Lexus sufer similarly or do i just need to buy a new Battery?

how old is the Battery.......id say you just need a new one

i often leave my car for a month at a time and have no probs starting it at all, if after a week the Battery is dead then you need a new one

I leave my cars for 5 weeks at a time and never have no problem this is the first time the lex has been left so heres hoping it will start when i get back.

Cheers guys,looks like its a new Battery then,any suggestions as to prefered type or make etc,all advice is gratefully received.
