Removing Sticker

Recommended Posts

I was at Silverstone, weekend before last, for the British GP, and had to stick a stupid bright pink sticker on my windscreen to get in the car park. Anyway, not sure if it's because it's a rubbish sticker, or because it was sitting in the sun baking all day, but I can't seem to get this sticker off, so have been driving around with a lump of luminous pink in the corner of my screen :shutit:

Does anyone know a good way to get it off?

And before anyone asks, I'll post up some pics when I get a chance! :winky:

Sainsbury, Waitrose & possibly Tesco do a 'stain' removal spray (can't remember what its called though - white with blue lid) , which will dissolve the glue and allow you to just wipe it away, and its completely harmless so you don't have to worry about it damaging rubber or paintwork.

Thanks for all the replies, I'm glad to see the responses were as varied as my own thoughts on removal! Just thought I'd better check whether there was a definitive solution before messing about with it, but think I'll just try soaking it with a wet sponge before anything else. Then maybe move on to one of the others if it doesn't work :)
