Engine Oil Flush

OK changed the oil for some cheapy stuff (£7.50 for 5 litres), emptied the old filter out and put it back on, ran the car for about 350 miles. Drained it out tonight and this what it looked like.

Looks more like 6000 miles rather than 350. Boy was I surprised :o

And that is a clear bottle believe it or not.

Right folks, if you see that bottle at JAE make sure you don't attempt to drink it :D

Guessing that's worked really well at flushing all the crap out there then mate :)

Might have to get this done on mine soon :)

I use a Large Doner with extra chilli sauce

Clears the crap outta me in 24 hours

PMSL, oh man that's wrong!

Try some mushy peas and cheese on your next one, tastes mega :D

:o :o was it just the oil you put in or did you use that engine flush stuff

Nope just oil

Looks like ribena ? :)

Thought you had to have full colour vision for the police mate, plus that won't mix with water

I'll save it for you Aido I know you like a drink or two, would send it by TNT to Peterborough.......then again they won't take toxic waste

I change my oil on average every 6-7K and and have had the following:

Mobil 1 - Engine Felt and ran really smooth after for a good 8K

Visco 7000 - Didnt notice any difference

Gastrol GTX Magnetic - No difference

Shel Helix - No differnce

I think Mobil 1 was the best oil I just stick tot hat now! got oil and filter change from ATS farnham for £34

Has anyone tried Enos oil. Its japenese and approx 75% of cars in Japan use it. (performance cars, decent cars etc) I can see why, but thats my opinion, its 5-30 and cost approx £25 for 4 ltrs. You can get any grade and also the other oils i.e diff, gearbox etc..
