Carbon Fibre Engine Covers

Afternoon all,

Just want to see what the interest would be for the IS200's engine covers in carbon fibre.

I'm currently discussing developments and costs, but will post up once I have received them.

The covers themselves are offered in two forms:

1. Removable covers that are placed over your existing engine covers.
   
2. Your covers are sent away and they are coated with a layer of carbon fibre. Non removable.
   

In both cases, true carbon fibre is utilised.

In the meantime, could you post if you would be interested - and if so, which covers (1/2/3/VVTi/Alternator) and in which form (number 1 or 2 above)

Covers: 1 / 2 / 3

If someone could provide a picture of the engine bay, with the various covers labelled with their name that would be handy.

Here is an old picture of my umolestered IS300 engine bay when I first bought the car!

.... you can use that for labels and stuff for the IS3 guys.

interested in Option 2 also but again, in Ireland and would probaly be safer sourcing a second hand set of covers. Maybe they are cheap to buy form the dealer
