Your ABS lights etc. are most likely on because whoever fitted them has made an **** of it!!!! The ABS sensors are disturbed or broken during coilover install.

I think you need an ECU reset.....but you need those ABS sensors looked at.

My mechanic taped them up carefully before my Tein Flex install.

All of the ABS sensors have been unplugged and checked and are all fine, im not sure how to do a ECU reset but ive done all of the normal ways to try a get rid of the lights, disconnecting battery/fuses etc but the diagnostic machine that the garage had couldnt read a OBD1 car they could only read OBD2 cars 1999 onwards i think.

You must be very disappointed..... Who fitted them?

JDP Motors. They are getting a new diagnostics kit on wed to sort out the lights my car. :D

Not sure unplugging them was the right thing to do.

There's a lot of discussion of this problem on clublexus.com forums....they have the same issue after suspension install as the ABS sensors have been tampered with.....again, I told my garage not to touch them or damage etc. and everything was fine with my Tein install.

Unplugging and replugging the sensors was more of a fault finding exercise to see if any of the plugs were crushed or damaged on the inside.

Ive done a few search's on Clublexus but didnt find anything, i do spend alot of time on there so if there was anything on the Second Gen GS forum im sure i would of seen it, if you could give us a link that would be good B)

cheers for the link, looks like im going to have to take a trip to lexus :(

No need, you might want to try doing as this guy did with his 98 vertex :

Basically it seems that fixing the ABS sensor/ cable etc. then taking the car out for a few braking sessions fixed it.

I would also disconnect the Battery maybe just to reset all ECUs.
