Cracking, Knocking Noise

Hiya Guys :P

Need help on my Altezza. Recently I have had a cracking noise from my shocks so I changed all 4 shocks, then got new front bushes. Then still the same noise. What can it be?. Anti-Roll Bar? It only happens on uneven roads. I really need to sort this out as I'm getting abit annoyed of this car. btw the noise is now coming from the back of the car now.. :angry:
