I dont think its a sport as no tinted windows and its sitting high for a sport.

But then again were the earlier sports lowered 15 mm?

The reason there asking that is that it could have had a shunt up the rear and new boot lid replaced and they have never bothered adding new badges.......... i think?

It is worth 3.5k though but i would recommend a Hpi just to check for accidents or things like that mate, yeah the reason we're asking about the badges is possibilities of rear end shunt. Just being careful he probably just took them off. I think the original sport was 10-15 mm lower and then they lowered the sport again after 01 by another 15mm

Thats a very good idea as he works in a bodyshop. although it is a very professional shop.

How do i get a HPI check done ? can i do it on the phone ? net ?

what do i need to tell them number plate e.t.c. ?

I think you can do it either phone or net, and i think you need licence plate number (not sure about vin number but i would suspect so).

If you type Hpi check on google i'm sure it'll bring up lot's of choices

You can perform an HPI check over your mobile phone by texting:

CHECK then the reg number to 88600

EG: CHECK LX123ABC

I've never used the service but was passed to me from a friend. There are others but that's one option.

Surely something is wrong on the register it says 810,000 miles ?????? I know lexus's are reliable but jees.

Check the mileage, it's not just the 810,000.

30,000 on 13 Dec 2002 and 80,000 on 13 April 2004.

If that all comes back clean and just an error at their end then give it a go mate.

At least you know it's an SE now which means 1 less group insurance than the sport.
