Upgrading Lexus Cd Nave To Dvd Nav

Has anyone updated there is200 cd based Nav to DVD based one? if so is it easy to do or difficult as my cd based one is broke and i cant get hold of a cd version but found a dvd version.

Nothing comes up on my screen at all and when it used to the nav system never picked up a signal even after i replaced the gps antenna. could this be a wiring fault?

can any other nav systems be used on the same loom?

are you sure its not your screen that is broken, its quite a common problem for the screens to go tits up.
