Some B****** Pinched My Ashtray !

The other day I left my new RX400h unlocked in Birmingham (foolish I know) and when I returned to the car someone had clearly been in there and rifled through my glove-box. Fortunately I didn't have any valuables in the car but that didn't stop then pinching my ashtray, i.e. that thing that sits in the cup holder. Even stranger, it was full of ash....why nick that !?

Anyway before I enquire how much Lexus would charge for a replacement are there any non-smoking owners out there who have one of these things lying about who would be willing to part with it for a reasonable sum ?
