This is the subject of some discussion at the moment on the IS forum (the thread Andy linked to).

There are a bunch of IS's with this exact problem.

Lexus seem to be saying that this is normal wear and tear, and to be expected :excl:

But if it is to be expected, why didn't the salesman tell me to take a photo of my car while it was new, 'cos in twelve months it will look like ****?
