I picked the car up on Wednesday, shoved 50 quid in it and went for a ride.

Very very early impressions, fantastic engine even with 111000 miles on the clock, superb cabin comfort, great radio/cd player.

The ride is quite firm more so than I expected, the petrol gauge goes down just as I expected, I'm more than happy just poodeling along as I know that their is more than enough power there when I want it.

This is my first automatic car, talk about lazy motoring, luv it, only thing I can honestly say that I'm not liking is that I'm finding myself at my destination without knowing how I got there.

I've also started to look at ways to bling it up a bit, chrome light rims and new wheels being the first things I'm looking to spend on, happy days.

This is exactly how i described my GS, a lazy mans car, all you do is move the steering wheel, even this is efortless

But after a year and a half I need something more exciting to drive, as much as I love the GS, its no fun

You need to get a motorbike, I've never seen a car as a fun thing to own, my bike on the otherhand makes me smile every time I ride it.

Or the V8 version, the GS430. Though the bike is much, much, more fun, I must admit.

Your describing exactly how I felt when I got my GS300. If you think that is lazy motoring, have a go in the LS430. There is not one thing in my car you have to move yourself. Head restraints, seats, steering wheel etc. Now that is lazy. Now wonder I can't loose weight.
