Sdhc Cards And Windows Xp?

hi all,

i recently bought a 4gb sdhc card but cant access it with a xp computer - i have the hotfix from microsoft but it makes no difference - does the card reader also have to be sdhc compliant or will any reader work??

as expected it works on a vista pc no probs

I doubt it's a windows problem, the card reader has to be SDHC compatible. Although I've not come across a 4gb SDHC card before, I thought it was sizes above 4gb that were SDHC........

thats what i was thinking - looks like i need a new card reader. sdhc is for cards above 2gb
