Well I just tried searching and came up with:

Unfortunately your search didn't return any results."

Now there must be something wrong here!

Anyway, I'm about to finally fit my HID kit, but was wandering where best to fit the ballasts? (Photos would be great!)

I'm paranoid about drilling through mental and throu something i shouldn't!!

Plugged them in the other day and....nothing! I'm hoping spinning the plugs around will solve it, as it has for others, but didn't think of that at the time.

I think the search word was too short (3 letters) so the board won't do the search. Just try something related and it should yeald what you want. i.e. I searched for ballast instead to find the thread above.

use some silicon sealant to stick the ballasts to ur desired location.

works a treat and is waterproof mate!!

Mine positioned very similar to Keiths above, I used Velcro Sticky Pads. Works a treat :D

Yeah, same place as mine. I use Butyl tape... it's the stuff used to stick the plastic service hole cover to your door panel behind your trim (well it is on Toyotas anyway).

My HID`S come with 3M strong sticky pads anyway and really do stick any where.. :)

On top of the suspention turrets are some unused tapped holes. I screwed mine onto there.

As Keiths......passenger side the same place using 3M sticky pad, driver side using the supplied metal bracket attached the the bolt holding the reservoir....so its floating!!
