Active System

Hey All,

I went to get a new head unit for my car. is200 sports and nobody would touch it as seemingly has an active system in it. They explained it saying every speaker has an amp.

I then found a converter online, im just wondering if anyone has come accross this or got a converter.

not hard work if you know what you are doing and that lead looks just like then one on eBay so will do the trick!!

Not every speaker has its own amp, just one amp for all 8.

But if you only has an "S" and not an "SE" or "Sport" you dont have an active system and no amp so you can just remove the stereo and use the lead ment for an MR2.

I was told its a sport and has the active speakers so i will get the lead. same as the one on eBay and see if it works.
