Where To Get This Gear Knob And Gate Surround?

I recently saw this picture of the interior of a mk2 Aristo that I really liked.

My favourite part is the gearknob and gear gate surround. Does it look familiar to anyone? I would be interested in trying to locate the gear knob and surround if possible.
