All group buys, prior to publishing MUST be submitted for approval and approved prior to publishing by LOC Admin/Moderating team. Suppliers of goods for group buys are required to be outside companies/suppliers unless an authorised LOC trader.

Lexus Owners Club (LOC) is not responsible in any way for any part of this group purchase scheme, including (but not limited to) quality of goods, shipment of goods and appropriation of funds. Members participate in it entirely at their own risk. Any contract of sale, whether implied or actual, is solely between the member and the retailer, and LOC takes no part whatsoever as an agent, in any capacity, for this sale.

Members should satisfy themselves with the quality of the vendor, the group buy organiser(s), the goods and the shipment arrangements.

Bottom line is - don't even think about compaining to LOC if anything goes wrong!
