You need to tighten the tensioner. Its just below the charger on the cradle. you need to loosen the bolt, then have friend push it so the belt is really tight as you tighten the nut again.

i would also suggest changing the belt for a new one.

Just to clarify. Are you referring to the belt driving the supercharger?
