Just curious about this part.

Is this factory fitted or added on and modified.

I'm sure I was informed on LOC a while back that the TTE bumper did not have the washers fitted.

Yes you can get from Lexus dealers, some do and some dont have washers, the one's fitted to is300 had to have for the HID lights as its the law with Factory HID lights, and the is300 has them as standard :D
