Keyfob Battery Dead

Unscrew the little screw by the key end.

Then the fob should come into two.

Then inside is the little transponder. Two more screws on that and the batteries inside, CR1616 i believe.

Drop it out and put the new one in quickly and screw it back together and you shouldnt have to reprogram.

hi,i took mine to that timpsons place where they do the key cutting and stuff,and it only cost me 9 pound something all in,but the bloke did say something about having to do it quite quick,but i watched him do it he wasnt exactly working at the speed of light :winky:

I went to the TWO local timpsons to me and they didnt have a small enough bit to cut it :(
