ay up chaps.looking for some help and advice in the area of the replacement of a heating system in a commercial building which is an eight roomed bungalow which is used daily as a GP surgery. looking for some advice for a cheap solution as its a rented building and we are begrudgingly replacing an extremely old system which is extremely inefficent and effectively broken(some of the radiators are completely broken). Bills are high and the staff are cold,so im looking for a quick cheap solution. The system in place is a 25 year old gas heating system which I have been told cannot be repaired as its so old they no longer supply parts for it.I know nothing about this sort of stuff so am looking for some pointers from those in the know with regards to the cost of replacing and installing such a system and generally hope you can provide me with some miracle advice.lol

can we opt for a heating solution that doesnt use gas?
