Which Spark Plugs

anyone have any ideas which sparkplugs would be the best for my is200, i know they should be iridium tipped but im not sure which is the best brand.

think denso make them for everyone anyway so it doesnt really matter

Denso or NGK are OEM spark plugs, so I would stick with those. The OEM spark plugs are long-life ones, but I've got the Denso IK20s, which have a shorter life but are supposed to have slightly better performance.

ik20s for me to i used eBay and thay were delivered within a week were about £45 for the lot but i cant remember who i used

last I remember arent the denso plugs rebranded NGKs? I'm sure one of the plugs are rebranded NGK's tho for sure. Will need some plugs for mine soon as well so wheres the best place to get them? Thought they were quite expensive on eBay myself and dont really fancy getting them from abroad.

Dont really notice any difference on mine with the IK20's fitted? So got the oem ones in again at the moment.

The only thing i did notice on mine with the ik20's was that the car smelt like it was running rich and wondered if it was down to the cooler plug not producing a good burn?? When i refitted a new set of oem denso plugs the smell went and runs nice again? But not sure, as it might of been down to a dodgy ik20??

Paid £10 for a brand new set of Denso plugs off eBay :)

£10 for a whole set ? Were they kosher ? Seems like an amazing price, and although I haven't noticed any particular difference with my Denso IK20s, I didn't notice any different smell either.

I picked up a set of new OEM (longlife SK20R11) Toyota plugs from eBay for £18 last year for my IS200, but £10 is a right bargain!
