How Do You Remove The Ski Hatch Zippy Pocket Thing?

When I get my car back i'm planning on installing some ICE and will have my subs venting into the car via the ski hatch but after having a look at the car the other day I couldnt figure out how to remove the cover for the hatch. Its like a black lid thats zipped and pushed in like a second layer/lid for the hatch.

Wozza, I noticed that you've managed to remove it in your ice thread but dont know how so if someone could help me out then it would be much appreciated and then I wouldnt have to ask anyone later on either when I get the car back lol

when you take your back seats out you'll see that its just bolted in

Then the Ski Hatch just unbolts as one piece, job done :D
