Tyre Load Index On Is250.

The only information in the manual seems to be Gross vehicle mass 2045kg

The tyres currently on the car have a rating of 95, which is 690kg. From the list in the link.

Perhaps the question should be, what's the lowest rating that won't invalidate the car insurance?

Thx.

Are the tyres that are currently on the car the original tyres? If so then they must be the correct load rating. Even if they are not the original tyres, 95 would appear to be about right for your car.

Gross vehicle mass is irrelevant. Look in your manual again and you should see figures for front axle and rear axle permitted weights. I believe that if you take the max. permissible axle weight and divide by 2, that should give you a good idea of load rating. Alternatively, you could enquire at your friendly Lexus service dept.
