Nissan Primera Clutch Change

A friend of mine has an old Nissan Primera (late 90s ?) whose clutch has just gone (i.e. severe slipping). Since she's female (the friend, that is), I am wary of her possibly getting ripped off by a dodgy garage.

Doing a quick Google it looks like clutch kits come in at less than £100. Anyone have any idea roughly how much (in terms of time) labour should be required to change the clutch ?

She just found out that, similar to another member's story on here recently, it was actually her mat jamming the accelerator pedal and causing problems ! She did see the funny side of it though and was relieved not to have a big pre-Xmas bill !

Happend to me b4 a few times very scary, now I tend to check everytime I get in the car out of habit.. I must admit of sort I do not really notice I do it till someone asks lol..
