Hi all,

Does anyone know how to disable the dvd & most of the phone functions once you start to move, it is most annoying and would be great for a passenger to watch a film and to be able to access all of the phone book rather than just a few speed dials.

Please help

Cheers

Jon.

This might be better in the IS250/220d forum than the IS200 one, but I believe with the latest nav DVD they've removed some of the motion lock, not sure how much but I think you can use the phone and enter destinations on the move.

However, with regard to playing DVDs on the move, there is a hardwire hack but you'll need to get behind it and cut the relevant wires. I'm sure there's a guide on here somewhere with instructions how to do it so have a search around :)
