How To Remove Engine Cover

Can anyone tell me how the engine cover is removed? I'm referring to the engine cover that has the Lexus Logo emblem on it.
it is seated on three locating pins,just tug it upwards and it will pop off.

But be careful putting it back, the locating sockets are easy to break if you don't align them perfectly before pushing them down onto the fixing pegs.
