Loc Gold Member Card

Hi there,

I am ahold member and for me to get discount at my local Lexus garage they want to see gold member card. Where would I get that card from?

You should have had one in the welcome pack I believe mate - when did you join Gold?

There did used to be a link where you could see all the Gold members which the dealers could use, think that's long gone though now?

They make up and send out the cards in batches, so you might not have it yet if you joined fairly recently. I seem to remember that there's a phone number though where a Lexus dealer can phone and check if you really are a Gold member, I'll try and dig it out.

Check the details for that dealer in the list in the Gold forums. There should be a contact name there, and if you speak to that person then they will hopefully be easier to deal with, and know who to contact if they've got any problems.

I had a look for that phone number but I can't see it, I'm sure I saw it somewhere (maybe on a post somewhere ?). Try PM'ing Steve if you get stuck to ask for advice.
