First one only has part service history, second one on eBay has full SH and new tyres and front brakes and mud flaps. Back bumper looks different colour on the eBay one as well. I'd look at the eBay one first, call the mobile number you may be able to arrange to see it before the 9th.

One point to consider is the fact that if you buy from a dealer, and at the moment it would not really cost significantly more than private, should any faults develop in the first six months the dealer is obliged by law to rectify them. This is a legal obligation even if the dealer says car has 3 month warranty. This does not apply to cars purchased privately.
