Joe Z is one of the guys on the Club Lexus forum in the US (not Oz). I don't know if he ever made an intake for the IS300 but he's made a full road/race exhaust system for the 250/350 from manifold to tailpipes as well as the intake for the 250/350 that Lexus copied for their 'F-Sport' range.
