Hiya just a couple of questions please.

1 - Has anybody got the OEM lowering springs for the MK1? any info / pics would be great.

2 - Has the MK1 got a electronic tailgate?

3 - Has anybody uprated the bulbs for a more Xenon look type of bulb? info and PT No would be great.

4 - Has anybody changed the dated orange ride repeaters for clear ones? info and PT No would be great

1 Lexus do not do lowering springs for the RX. I had to order mine from SPAX 30mm difference and in my opinion the handling is a lot better.

2 No

3 You can get them from eBay. Don't know which are the best the IS200 boys on here will give you the best recommendation for those.

Keep saying that I will change mine but with this new job I don't seem to have the time

4 Yes I changed mine for clears. Only a couple of quid from Lexus main dealer.

Easy DIY just a pain getting your hand up behind the inner wheel arch skin. Don't know thw the PT No. but if you speak to Colin he will sort you out.

If you want any bits for the RX then telephone Lexus Stockport ask for parts and ask for Colin. Tell him you are an LOC member and he will give you a discount. I know him pretty well so you can mention me if you like.

.1. Eibach also do a set of lowered road springs for the vehicle.

.3. Yes.....first with Silver Stars, excellent bulb, high output and blue looking without reducing the light output, second with HIR bulbs made by Toshiba.....very high output using IR coating technology but standard colour temperature and wattage.

.4. Seen them.....but wait a year or so and the orange SR will be back in fashion
