Have a 99 LS 400. About 2 years ago I noticed what looked like cigarette burns in the headliner behind the passenger seat. Had Lexus in Boca Raton look it over and confirm that he was burn holes. Replaced $1,000+.

Now the holes have reappeared. Lexus examined the headliner and removed for $135 to confirm there were no wires underneath shorting or causing burns.

They maintain they have never seen this before and have been unwillingly to do any research on it.

Any ideas out there? Maybe "Click and Clack" could help?
