My IS200 sport does not give me much more than 25 - 27 MPG. Plugged in a OBDII scanner and other than the P1349 code, there was nothin else. That code was erased and a rescan was done - all clear. Is there anything else to check/adjust as the car should do just over 30 MPG??

For the MPG, it's all down to how you drive really. Snow mode can help on long motorway runs. I don't use snow mode but I mange around 31 mpg normally.

P1349 might have been caused by a bit of debris in the engine oil. If that's the case then hopefully it's made its way into the oil filter by now. If it comes up again though it may well be worth getting a Toyota/Lexus dealer to look at why it's happening.
