Lumpy Tickover

Hi Guys, my Ls has recently developed a lumpy tickover like an american v8 muscle car. Car starts and drives normal and revs drop to normal when warm. Have got plenty of oil (changed recently) and not sur what else a non mechanic can check. Car drives fine with normal power and no warning lights but lumpiness can just be heard.

Any ideas greatfully recieved

Clean the Throttle Body plus the MAF sensor (assuming the LS MKIII has one) - smoothed mine out a treat

Possibly a small air leak?

Problem sorted , exhaust blowing on flange just below n/s cat . Didnt sound like an exhaust thing though. Local lex specialist sorted it for me. Thanks for advice though.
