Following the success of the International Lexus meet 2007 and 2008 held in Germany the organisers would like to invite all Lexus owners to take part in another great event

This is what we have planned:

03.07.2009

Arrival and check in at the Hotel (Check in closes at 11 pm)

6pm a BBQ in the beer garden with the specialities of the region cooked over a charcoal grill.

04.07.2098

Breakfast from 6.30 am

At 09:00am meet in the main room to organise groups for the orientation tour.

At 09.30 am the first group departs (each subsequent group will follow at 20 minute intervals).

After about one hour drive a wagon with 2 PS is waiting for another fun ride. A lunch has been organized in between. After the lunsch all Lexus in one back to the hotel.

By 04:00 pm you should have arrived back at the hotel to relax..

From 04:30 pm onwards some Experts from the Lexus Team will be happy to answer any questions you have. The General Manager and the After Sales Manager Lexus Germany are present.

At 06:00pm - Buses are available and we drive to the dinner. This will be a spezial evenind dinner close to the Rhein(surprise, surprise)

We shall be back at around midnight.

These following choices are available:

Choice 1:

2 nights from the 3th until the 5th July 20098 at the Nümbrecht Park Hotel, BBQ Evening on the Friday, drinks not included.

Usage of the Sauna and Swimming Pool and the Tour on Saturday including lunch and a Spezial buffet in the evening, drinks not included.

1 person 160,- Euro including breakfast

2 people 240,- Euro incl. breakfast

Choice 2:

1 night stay from the 4th until the 5th July 2009 at the Park Hotel, usage of Sauna and Pool.

Tour and lunch on Saturday and the Spezial dinner in the evening, drinks not included.

1 person: 90 Euro,- incl. breakfast

2 people: 150, Eeuro incl. breakfast

Note: in case you do not want to participate in the surprise Tour on Saturday 4th July you are welcome to do a trekking tour which is offered by the hotel or you can relax and do a spa day.

IMPORTANT! Please note.

For the surprise Tour on Saturday the 4th July 2008 you/the owner of the car will need to sign an agreement so that the Organisation team cannot be made liable.

Due to the already high interest and the limited spaces of about 88 people any application needs to be with organisers ASAP

Please send applications to lexus@paschmail.de !!!!!!

Make sure include which choice you want to go for. Also include the first-name and surname name of all participants, your tel. number and mobile number and you nickname in the Lexus forum, Lexus Model and Number plate and please inform of any special requirements eg Vegetarian, Dog, Children etc. so that we may inform the hotel.

Upon receipt of your initial application you will receive a details of the payment instructions details of the event.

Once payment is received a final booking confirmation will be sent.

Cancellation policy. If you have to cancel the full amount paid will be reimbursed if you cancel by the first of June 2009. Cancellations after this date will receive half the total amount. Unfortunately the hotel are unable to reimburse for late cancellations after the 15th June 2008

Well,,,where do I start? Just got back from Germany and if you thought last year was good... well this year was even better. A big thanks to Rainer, Simone, Oliver,Gert, Mario, Joerg and everyone who was involved in the entertaining.

The nurburgring was great. I had a really good time and again thanks for a fantastic time. :lol:

wanted to come but had to work :-(
Maybe next year if it goes ahead,just wished i had a better camera,and someone to take them as i put the GS through it's paces,,,,oh what a feeling :D the smell of brakes rubber,,,,feeling alive.The only problem,was the time,,,,,,,,,,,to short,and it went so fast.
