Here is my latest mod.

A CarPC consisting of:

- Dell Optiplex SX260 in the trunk.

- 7" touch-screen in the OEM satnav housing.

- GPS navigation

- OBDII connection

- digital & analog TV

- BackUp camera

- a touchpad as a secondary input installed behind the lighter

- Ipod nano

Think it needs a tad more installing in the boot but apart from that it looks great mate,

I don’t like it either as it is in the trunk right now… I just didn’t figure out how is the best way to go as there are issues like ventilation and vibrations.

And yes... it was n't a simple thing to do. It took me over 1 month for planning-testing etc and 2 days of hard work to put it all in the car.

looking good!.... im really intrested in the photo showing temps etc isit? ive been thinking about doing something simular to whats in the GTR to have my oil temp, boost pressure etc?! but never knew where to start looking lol! i dont really fancy dials everywhere is all. This might be something in your department stav? ;)

Another option for all that is either the HKS CAMP system like Anees has in his car or the Blitz R-VIT DS which both plug into the OBD port and then into a screen where they output all the info!

thats exactlly what i want :D would it be able to messure boost pressure from the OBD port?

Actually looks like you may need an additional sensor for boost - Anees has this hooked up in his car mate :)

it wont read boost pressure from the OBD port cause the aftermarket ecu sends a false signal to stop you hitting fuel cut.

The HKS camp is an awesome system but expensive.

I'm currently looking into it dont worry Sam ;)
