I was reading a story on the net about some dude who hacked in to us military computers and now thay want to extradite him. Why cant he stand trial here like the us will give him a fair trial. Also if the shoe was on the other foot and some dude from america hacked in to the MOD thay would not let us try him in our country prob give him a job in computer security and a pat on the back

CPS said the charges are more serious in the US so thats where he should stand trial

I agree, if they can pass off the legal costs then it's probably better that way.

And there's a good chance that he will end up working in security so may not be all bad for him..........

The poor sod has Asperger's Syndrome and was searching for evidence that the US Government had suppressed evidence of UFOs, and our Government is prepared to abandon him to the US justice and prison systems.

They'd be better off prosecuting whoever is in charge of the US military's computer security.
