Just got the same letter from Lexus Greece....will call and try to set a date....I was there 10 days ago for my service! If only I knew....

My 400h steering system was seen to already today. They collected and delivered my car this afternoon - AND they did a full safety check and put in 20 pounds of petrol in the tank all at no cost!!!

Also just had a phone call from those nice people at Lexus Chester, got mine booked in for the 9th, they are collecting my car and leaving me a loaner until the following day. :D

I didn't receive any letter from Lexus Greece,and on top of that have been for 3 year's service today,and confirmed that I was included and asked me to fix it in another appointment! That means lost working hours. There is no customer's "service" left in Greece I am afraid.
