Hi,

I am planning on screwing down some audio equipment into the boot floor directly behind the rear seats area. I cant find anywhere online or in the manual where the fuel tank is? Just dont want to screw into it!

Thanks

Abbas

Under the rear seat and behind the spare wheel well matey, You'd be better screwing it into a base board mate, like a covered sheet of MDF rather than through the boot floor itself :o

I'd never screw anything through the floor on my car :shutit: If i was doing it i'd make a false floor plate out of 6-12mm mdf the same shape as the boot carpet then put that in the boot 1st then put the carpet over the top :)

Thanks, good advice. I am going to go with the false floor plate...

Sound matey :) if you draw round the floor mats it will give you the shape, but you'll probably have to hinge a few parts to get it in your boot if your doing the whole floor? But quite easy to do and gives you the option to screw things down without piercing the body with screws :D
