Noisy Brakes

hi, hope anyone can help, i own a 2001 is200 se sport and have had problems with the brakes recently. I have changed both front and rear discs / pads / and shims but there is still a clikcing noise when i brake. I can here it more when window open so my wife says to close the window but i still know its there and really winding me up ! any ideas would be appreiciated, thanks

assume u have replaced the pad retaining springs in the caliper? they are the springs at the locating tangs for the pad - also put some copper or ceramic paste on the tangs and it wil be quiet. and put yor window up!
