Some members on here have done it, so I am sure someone will be able to tell you how to do it.

I gave mine to a mate who can weld.

He cut it open, scraped them out, and welded it back up again. Job done.

how much bhp increase will there be if i take the cat out in the manifold.

how much would there be if i bought a manifold from tdi plc or prolex

Probably not a lot matey, one of the main reasons people remove the cats when they have a supercharger is because they have a habit of melting and blocking the pipe? (From what i've read on here :) ) I know Stav was saying it sounds a bit throaty with them removed, but never seen any bhp figures for before and after when the cats have been removed to show any increase in bhp?
